Remembering Joe's father, David Wack❤️
A true gentleman, not soon forgotten.
David Wack, Joe’s father, passed away on January 30th, 2025. I don’t have the words to describe the man (others will do that with far more eloquence in the coming days), but I loved him. He was a spectacular person and father, who gave us Joe, and Joe’s sister Meg, and that says it all to me.
The 80s-est will be taking an indefinite hiatus while we mourn this loss. Our thoughts are with David’s wife, Julie, and the rest of their family. Thanks for your understanding during this time, and we will return with more podcast ridiculousness at some point in February.
