Wow, I seem to be on the wrong end of the vote so far. Like Keith, I was off to college by the late-80s. I've never been a Debbie Gibson fan, and definitely have good memories of “Lookin’ For a New Love” -- so that gets my vote.
I have zero memory of "Toy Soldiers". Pink Floyd already did the kids-choir thing in '79's The Wall. Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam were constant plays on Cincinnati radio, so I'm going with “Head to Toe.” Sorry Martika fans.
Hey Keith and Joe, I'm back, and that's the way I like it! Jodý's song is fine and 80s, but I think Janet or Paula would have been a better choice for that kind of sound. Martika is a force to be reckoned with, and I can see Toy Soldiers making the semis.
Welcome back, Alejandro! Hope you had a great vacation! The problem with Janet & Paula is that they are "Legends"? I know, we are inconsistent with that.
It's hard to argue against Martika, my only argument against that song is that it was a bit outside my listening habits when it came out. --K

The kids chorus was also big in A Nightmare on Elm Street... "one, two, Freddy's coming for you"
Sounds like we lined up on this show, Chris! It was bound to happen by chance eventually! 😂

Joe did a much better reading of "Can you read my mind" from Superman back on his answering machine in the 90s.
THAT version I would pay to hear! 😂--K
It is lost to the ages, man.
