In our second matchup, it’s upset-winner 11-seed “The Promise” by English synthpop outfit When in Rome facing off against Canadian weirdos, Glass Tiger, and their Bryan-Adams-containing smash, 7-seed “Don’t Forget Me(When I’m Gone).”
